Striped bass or ling - fresh fish doesn't need much to make it great. Roast it skin-on with some lemon juice, salt and pepper and a drizzle of honey and serve it with some couscous, maybe?

i made this recipe and it really didn't work for me. i followed it step by step but the result was like a rock. is it missing some milk or maybe the flour is too much?
