Shrimp Stir-Fry

This was Monday's dinner. I don't really know why I'm even blogging about it, since it wasn't particularly noteworthy. Mainly to keep Natalie entertained, I guess. (Holla!) It was fine, but you know, just a shrimp stir-fry. A bunch of chopped veggies, shrimp, rice, and an egg in a sauce of fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and a little sugar. It was good enough, but I was hungry again before bed. Oh, isn't that always the way with Chinese food?
